Provincial Gold and Silver medalists are heading to the Canadian Lawn Bowling Championships later this summer.

By virtue of their Silver Medal finish in the Open Ladies Provincial Fours played at Lakehill LBC in Victoria, BC the White Rock Lawn Bowling Club trio of Sharon Baldwin (skip), Kathy Harms (third) and Gina Guszowaty (second) along with teammate Lynn Chwartacki (lead) from the Qualicum Beach LBC will be representing BC at the Canadian Nationals being played in North Vancouver at the North Vancouver LBC later in August.

Sharon, Kathy and Lynn have previous experience at the Nationals, most notably a Silver Medal finish at the Senior Ladies Triples in 2022. This will be Gina's first Nationals experience.

In the Provincial Men's Senior Triples the White Rock duo of Dave Baldwin (skip) and Jim Guszowaty (lead) along with teammate Bill Pattinson (second) won Gold at the Qualicum Beach LBC earlier this year. The men will be travelling to Windsor, Ontario later this summer to represent BC and compete in the Canadian Senior National Championships.

This is Jim's and Bill's first Provincial Medal. Dave has accumulated a number of Provincial Titles as well as Gold and Silver at the National level.

The White Rock Club are fully supportive of the five and wish them every success at the Nationals.
